Zinnia is a full time broker and owner of the
firm. Although Zinnia has been in real estate for only a few years, her
previous banking career of almost 25 years is a definite plus for her
customers. She was the first lender in the county to be approved for
the 100% government guaranteed loan and works closely with the
government agencies to help people get the home of their dreams. This
financing expertise continues as a realtor and she is often able to get
financing for customers who have previously been unable to buy a home.
She is a life long resident of the county, having lived in Robinson and
now Palestine where she and her husband Jim farm. Jim is also a real
estate agent. In addition to being involved in real estate, Zinnia
enjoys volunteering for her church and other organizations, but most of
her free time is spent with her family; especially the two
grandchildren, Jace and Macy.
Zinnia's knowledge of Robinson and the surrounding area plus her
financial background is very beneficial in helping the customers obtain
the right property for them. She is anxious to help you find the right

I have lived in crawford county all my life, and have raised my family here. I am a member of the First Baptist church of Hutsonville, and have been a member of the Hutsonville Fire Department. My husband and I currently reside just inside Clark County, and so I have ties to both counties. This has been a very exciting career change for me, and I am so pleased to be a Realtor.
